Shirley Wish In Sky Foundation

Unlocking the Healing Power of Handwriting

This site honors the life and legacy of James Wishinsky Sr.—a union drywall finisher, devoted husband, father, and man of quiet strength who gave over 45 years of loyal service to his trade and his country. James never took a paid vacation or sick day. He worked with bruised hands and an open heart, raising a family through love, loss, and endurance. At 65, he retired alongside his beloved wife, Dolores, finally ready to rest. But before they could live the life they’d earned, Dolores passed suddenly, and the dream they had postponed was taken from them. James lived on for another decade, courageously naming what too many fear to admit: that even a lifetime of hard work does not always guarantee dignity, safety, or peace.
His story is not his alone. It is the story of countless laborers, caregivers, and elders who hold up the world without complaint—only to find the systems they upheld do not uphold them in return. This tribute is written not just in remembrance, but as a call to reimagine what retirement, security, and justice truly mean. May James’s life be a spark for change, and may we carry his legacy forward by building a future where those who give everything are finally given the chance to rest, dream, and live fully.
Our Mission
The Shirley Wish-In-Sky Foundation exists to bring light to that which has been hidden—emotional imprints, inherited patterns, and forgotten truths. Through awareness and tools like AlphaBαtology, we empower individuals to heal, choose differently, and align with their highest potential.

Our Vision
We envision a world where emotional literacy and soul education are accessible to all. When individuals heal, families transform, communities strengthen, and the collective rises—so everyone wins.
Why this matters now
Neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and Dementia are rising at staggering rates, leaving families devastated and medical systems overwhelmed.
But what if the key to early detection—and healing—was literally in our hands?
Research has already shown that changes in handwriting can precede cognitive decline. Alphabatology goes even deeper—using the shapes and movements of letters to reveal energetic imbalances and support quantum-level healing.
What We Are Doing

The temporal lobe of the brain is responsible for processing sound, language, and memory, while also playing a key role in emotions and understanding meaning.
The frontal lobe controls higher-level thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, movement, and the regulation of emotions and behavior.
The parietal lobe processes sensory information such as touch, temperature, pain, and spatial awareness, helping us navigate and understand our environment.
The occipital lobe is responsible for processing visual information, allowing us to interpret shapes, colors, and motion.
The hippocampus is essential for forming, organizing, and storing memories, as well as connecting them to emotions and learning.
The brain stem controls vital automatic functions such as breathing, heart rate, and sleep, acting as the body’s basic life-support system.
The cerebellum coordinates movement, balance, and posture, ensuring smooth and precise physical actions.

Josephine: “The One Who Increases” | Diamond: “Refined Through Pressure Into Light”
Josephine Diamond is the visionary behind Alphbatology—a multidimensional system that weaves together intentional handwriting transformation, Neimology (the frequency science of names), and energetic pattern recognition. With over 15 years of devoted study and personal embodiment, Josephine has guided thousands to rewrite their inner narratives by decoding the soul-level imprints embedded in their names and letters. Born in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, and shaped by an early journey of healing through childhood illness, immigration, and adoption, Josephine carries a profound understanding of karmic lineage and the sacred codes passed through generations.
Her work draws upon diverse wisdom traditions—from the Vimala Rogers Alphabet and Kabbalah to neuroscience and spiritual psychology—culminating in a powerful truth: we are living letters. Through Alphbatology, Josephine teaches that by shifting our handwriting and understanding the symbolic frequencies of our names, we can repattern trauma, align with our soul’s divine curriculum, and reclaim our sacred purpose. Beyond her role as a teacher and guide, she is a spiritual mother, grandmother, and guardian of YunaT, her golden doodle and heart companion. Her daughter, Angelica Grace Diamond & Johnathan James Wishinsky, remains the radiant inspiration at the heart of all she creates. More than a modality, Alphbatology is a language of remembrance—a path home to who we truly are.

FAQ's
-
What is Alphabatology?
-
If numerology is the study of numbers as archetypes, alphabatology is like the alphabet’s version of that: decoding hidden meanings and vibrations behind the letters we use every day.

How does handwriting affect the brain?
-
1. Activates the Sensorimotor System
-
When you write by hand, you're coordinating:
-
Fine motor skills (finger movement)
-
Visual processing
-
Tactile feedback
This lights up the motor cortex, visual cortex, and cerebellum, strengthening neural pathways tied to movement, memory, and perception.
-
-
-
-
2. Enhances Memory and Learning
-
Studies show that people who take handwritten notes retain more information than those who type. Why?
-
Writing is slower → you have to process and summarize information rather than transcribe it verbatim.
-
This activates deeper encoding in the brain, especially in the hippocampus, which is critical for memory.
-
-
-
-
3. Stimulates Creativity
-
Handwriting connects you to a slower, more intuitive rhythm. It bypasses some of the linear, mechanical thinking associated with typing and invites:
-
Idea generation
-
Associative thinking
-
Daydreaming
This is why journaling, sketching, and writing poetry by hand often feel more soulful.
-
-
-
-
4. Regulates Emotions
-
The act of forming letters with your hand can be calming—it activates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping reduce stress and anxiety. That's why:
-
Handwritten journaling is used in trauma therapy
-
Expressive writing helps process grief, anger, and emotional overwhelm
-
-
-
-
5. Strengthens Neural Integration
-
When you handwrite, both hemispheres of the brain are involved:
-
Left brain: logic, sequencing, language
-
Right brain: intuition, spatial awareness, creativity
This makes handwriting a whole-brain activity, especially when paired with reflective practices like morning pages or intention setting.
